“Don Quixote” by Cervantes–of course, because I am almost done reading it (200pgs to go)
“Making Certain It Goes On” by Richard Hugo–the letter poems, the letter poems, so wonderful
“Jelly Roll” by Kevin Young–I love the sound and line breaks in his works
“The Lone Ranger and Tonto Fistfight in Heaven” by Sherman Alexie–imagery and mood
“The Selected Poetry of Yehuda Amichai”–stunning book of poetry
“The Power of Babel” by John McWhorter–this is a solid book on language and grammar; I decided that this is what I am going to read after “Don Quixote” (a break from adventure reading).
